This complex digital transformation demands meticulous stakeholder management across its widespread network and a keen focus on crafting a user-centric digital experience, all while preserving the individual strengths and characteristics of each location.

We took a 360-degree approach to discovery, meeting with patients in their world to deeply understand their challenges and priorities. At the same time, we engaged stakeholders across the complete care ecosystems: GPs, Practice Managers, Hospital Administration and Patient Support staff.

This wider and deeper perspective shone light on several challenges the patients didn't even know they faced and helped completely reorient the focus of the site build. We needed to manage a huge pool of content and customer journeys within a complex network of hospitals and departments. More importantly, we needed to bring a human face to the patient experience and help alleviate anxiety by 'telling less' and showing how a hospital visit would feel.
