  • Positive Ambiguity sits at the heart of the Innovation Leadership Mindset. It means embracing the ambiguity that is required to enter the uncharted waters where breakthrough innovation can take place.

  • Everyday Empathy sits at the heart of the Innovation Discovery Mindset. It’s about getting out of our comfort zone, engaging with people in the real world and walking in their shoes to understand their deeper motivations, needs and tensions.

  • Constructive Troublemaking sits at the heart of the Innovation Collaboration Mindset. It comes from marrying ‘authentic dissent’ with the power of nurturing other people’s thinking, to generate new thinking, and push through into tangible, feasible and viable solutions.

  • Fearless Experimentation sits at the heart of the Innovation Learning Mindset. It’s all about understanding how to develop innovative ideas and quickly prototyping them in order to pivot, strengthen and evolve.
